Can I schedule delivery to the recipient?
Yes. Choose "I want to send it as a gift", followed by entering the recipient's details, and a delivery date. You can also send it to yourself and forward it on the day.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. Choose "I want to send it as a gift", followed by entering the recipient's details, including a personal message.
Can I split the balance across multiple orders?
Yes. Any unused balance remains on the card until it is zero.
What happens if I return an item bought with a gift card?
The amount goes back to the same gift card.
I cannot find my gift card email.
Check Promotions and Junk folders, then contact us and we will resend to the original purchaser.
